The picking services of Grammadas Ltd. are only provided on a level of pallets, containers, or other transport sub-units intended for wholesale (e.g., picking of a box from a pallet), rather than items of goods intended for retail trade (e.g., a bottle from a box).

Continuously pursuing the objectives of sustainability and modernization of our services, we have achieved full digitization of monitoring of the movements and balances of our customers’ accounts.

Through the application My Account, the customers are able to check their balance, the methods of payment (the period of credit), and they can view, save, or print both their summary invoices (per month, year, etc.) and any bill of lading/consignment note separately.

As a result, this eliminates the need for printed documents (except for your PODs, which are returned to you signed by the recipient). Therefore, your accounts department will be relieved from the bureaucratic paperwork, thus saving natural resources and reducing the ecological footprint of your business as well.

FTL means Full Truck Load, i.e., a full load up to 24 tonnes on 13.60m semi-trailers and 15.50m trailers (90m³ and 110m³ – 120m³, respectively). With full loads, we ensure both separation of the merchandise from other goods and short delivery time.

LTL means Less than Truck Load, i.e., load occupying a part of the truck space.

LTLs occupy a significant part of the useful cargo space of the truck, therefore they can be loaded together with the goods of other customers in the same vehicle.

Groupage is meant as the groupage transport of small consignments, about 4000kg. Groupage transport operations require the use of distribution trucks for receipt, warehouses for loading and unloading operations, and distribution trucks for delivery.

All deliveries are carried out one day after the date of loading, during business hours and days. The delivery time is 24 hours for urban centres (Thessaloniki, Athens), 48 hours for main provincial towns, and on demand for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
